General Terms and Conditions

Registration

We ask you to register as soon as possible in writing or by phone. Registrations on short notice are possible if we are not completely booked. At the time of booking, a deposit of € 100, - to the account of the Kleinwalsertal Bergschule is due. The remaining amount is due two weeks before the course begins. Together with the written confirmation, we will send you your detailed information program.

Cancellation

Any participant may cancel the reservation at any time. Relevant is the written receipt of the cancellation statement. If you cancel up to 4 weeks before travel commences we will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the travel price; if you cancel up to 2 weeks before travel commences we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the travel price and thereafter 80% of the total travel price. If we can rebooked your reservation, only the cancellation fee is due. If the organizer of third parties (hotels, lodges) is not charged for the cost of accommodation, etc., we will give you a refund.

Insurance, Liability

We strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance, personal liability insurance, accident insurance and travel health insurance. All of our mountain guides are covered by liability insurance. We are not liable to recourse in case of any disruptions caused by weather, failure of railways/airlifts or by other factors that the operator has no control over.

Nonliability

Our mountain guide instructions must be followed unconditionally and strictly. An injury risk may not be entirely excluded, despite careful planning on our part. Each participant acknowledges that a residual risk of an injury always remains, for which we assume no liability.

Minimum Attendance

In case of insufficient number of participants, we are entitled to cancel the course 14 days before it begins and we will fully reimburse the money received.

Program Changes

The program described in the itineraries and tours are suggestions. We reserve the right to change the program for reasons such as bad conditions, avalanche danger or lack of stamina of the participants.

Es gelten ebenfalls die vorstehenden Bestimmungen mit folgenden Änderungen bzw. Ergänzungen:
Wir bitten um Anmeldung bis spätestens 8 Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn. Jeder Reisende ist für die Einhaltung der zu beachtenden Pass-, Visa-, Zoll-, Devisen- und Gesundheitsvorschriften auf seine Kosten selbst verantwortlich. Alle Nachteile, die aus Nichtbefolgung dieser Vorschriften erwachsen, gehen zu seinen Lasten, auch wenn sich diese Vorschriften nach der Buchung geändert haben sollten. Sofern es der Bergschule Kleinwalsertal möglich ist, wird der Kunde von wichtigen Änderungen der Vorschriften vor der Reise informiert. Entstehende Mehrkosten durch bei Vertragsabschluss nicht vorhersehbarer höherer Gewalt z.B. Naturkatastrophen, wirtschaftliche oder politische Unregelmäßigkeiten, starke Kursschwankungen, Wetter oder streikbedingte Flugverzögerungen usw. sind nicht im Reisepreis enthalten.
